The terms

It is commission only

15% to start, paid every two weeks by Zelle. No hourly, no base. You get paid when meetings you booked turn into customers. Most people ramp over their first few weeks.

Pick at least 4 shifts

Two shifts a day, Monday to Friday, all Central time. You take the same ones every week and you are on the phones for the whole shift.
